HOTEL INFORMATION

A reservation block is available for the conference.  

You may reserve a room through the above link, or by contacting the hotel directly at  (855) 294-5683  and requesting the 'Virginia Aviation Conference' rate. 

Reservations in the room block are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the block is full, rates revert back to the standard hotel rates. 

Negotiated rates are $205 per night for rooms in the block.  Room rates are subject to all applicable state and local taxes.
