Alternatively, you may contact the hotel directly and request the 'Virginia Aviation Conference' rate. 

Reservations in the room block are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once the block is full, rates revert back to the standard hotel rates. Any available reservations in the reservation block must be secured by Tuesday, July 16, 2024, at 6:00pm. 

Room rates are $199 for a standard room. Room rates are subject to all applicable state and local taxes.
